My sound bath sessions are a fusion of Sound Therapy, Reiki, and Pressure-Point touch. These work together to support deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Sound therapy uses vibration and frequency to help calm the nervous system, ease stress, and promote mental clarity. Reiki encourages the flow of energy throughout the body, supporting emotional balance, relaxation, and a sense of inner peace. Pressure-point touch helps release areas of tension, improve circulation, and restore a feeling of physical and energetic balance. Combining these practices creates a gentle yet powerful experience that can help reduce anxiety, support sleep, encourage emotional release, and nurture personal growth and inner connection.

1:1 sessions are lead by the individual and are tailored to your needs which will be established in the consultation. These sessions take place in your private bell tent if you’re glamping at Willowbrook Farm, or they can take place in a beautiful woodland glade area - weather permitting.
