An Enwild Nature & Wellness Retreat offers a range of activities for both the body and the mind. With a combination of scheduled group classes, optional activities and free time, you’ll find the inspiration and support you need to reach your goals and reset your perspective at our Oxfordshire wellness retreat.

Thoughtfully curated retreats to restore balance, wellbeing and connection.

🌿 1-Day Reset Wellness Retreat in Nature

Our 1-Day Reset Retreat is designed for those who need a pause without stepping away for a full weekend. From the moment you arrive, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through nature-led wellness practices.

The day includes guided meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, forest bathing and a nourishing shared lunch made with locally sourced ingredients — all held in the tranquil setting of Willowbrook Farm. It’s an accessible introduction to retreat life and a powerful reminder of what even one intentional day in nature can restore.

A welcoming atmosphere for beginners with an activity taster experience for guests who may not have had the opportunity to find a practice that resonates for them.

We offer the opportunity to book private 1:1 sessions in coaching, counselling, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, nutrition, massage and reiki with a range of first-class wellness therapists which can take place in a bell tent, in one of the treehouses or in the woods.

June 21 - Celebrate vitality, sunlight and balance on World Yoga Day.

July 26 - Nurture your physical, mental and emotional health on International Self-Care Day.

🌲 3-Day Immersive Nature & Wellness Retreats

Our 3-Day Immersive Retreats offer a deeper, more spacious experience — allowing time for true rest, reflection and reconnection. Over 3 days you’ll be gently guided through yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature immersion and seasonal rituals, while staying overnight in eco-luxury bell tents with real beds and fresh linens.

With morning yoga or breathwork, shared meals and evenings under the stars, these retreats are designed to reset your nervous system, deepen your connection to nature, and support lasting wellbeing long after you return home.

What will you eat on an Enwild Retreat?

Our 3-day retreat ticket price includes all your meals, snacks and drinks. Expect an array of delicious home cooked meals with ingredients sourced locally where possible. Seasonal vegetables are used for the salads and side dishes. We are not a vegetarian only retreat and will cater to all dietary requirements. Menus are decided once we understand the specific needs of our guests.

Meals are shared with the retreat group, fostering connection and strengthening relationships. Sharing meals is not just about consuming food; it's about creating bonds and building community. Willowbrook Farm Produce includes eggs, chicken and lamb and we may choose to incorporate these into the dishes for non-vegans / non-vegetarians. The farm has a no alcohol policy.

Lunch & Dinner

We usually eat in the Farm Café on the first night giving you an opportunity to meet the family who run the farm. The rest of the meals are served in the Enwild Dining tent in the retreat field, alfresco-style on a long banqueting table with decorative crockery, traditional silver knives and forks and cotton napkins.

Lunch is a group picnic consisting of frittata, gluten-free cottage cheese muffin served with sun-dried tomato and thyme, a roasted pepper salad and olives or similar.

An example evening meal would be Middle Eastern meatballs or falafels, mint yoghurt sauce, quinoa & pomegranate tabbouleh, with a range of delicious salads containing ingredients such as chickpeas, zhoug, broad beans, red cabbage, carrot and radish depending on what is in season.

People enjoying a picnic indoors with a table full of food and drinks, including berries, apples, yogurt, coffee, and a large jar of granola, with tents visible outside through the transparent tent walls.

Breakfast

On a 3 day retreat you will experience two breakfasts. The first breakfast is home-made classic oat granola or a low-carb grain free option, local yoghurt (or kefir), berries and local honey. The second is a cooked breakfast consisting of mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, eggs and sourdough.

Breakfast is served promptly after your morning wellness class and you will be offered home-made protein balls for a morning energy boost before your activity.

A wide range of teas, cafetière coffee, home-made fruit cordials and ‘off-grid’ high mineral content water are available at all times.
