As spring deepens now we are beyond the March 20th Spring Equinox, days stretch longer and nature begins to pulse with new life. Trees unfurl their leaves, birds sing loudly at dawn, and the landscape feels vibrant with possibility. 

For centuries, this moment in the seasonal cycle has been marked by the ancient festival of Beltane. Traditionally celebrated on May 1st, Beltane sits halfway between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. In Irish and Gaelic traditions it marked the beginning of summer and a time when communities gathered to celebrate fertility, abundance, protection and the growing strength of the sun.

Today Beltane still offers something powerful: a reminder to reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
