Nature and mindfulness in nature have been central to my own wellbeing journey, and they continue to shape how I hold space for others. Being in natural environments supports safety, grounding, and a felt sense of connection.
I offer trauma-informed somatic practices and gentle, adaptive yoga, designed to be accessible to a wide range of bodies, energy levels, and life experiences. These practices are invitational rather than performance-based and are especially supportive for those living with chronic pain, chronic illness, stress, or trauma, while also benefiting anyone wishing to enhance their overall wellbeing.
I offer Reiki as a supportive modality primarily for people living with chronic pain or chronic illness, where a gentle, nervous-system-informed approach is especially important.
Mindfulness is another core element of my work. I approach mindfulness as an embodied, lived practice that extends beyond seated meditation to include nature bathing, mindful walking, and sensory presence in the landscape.
