How it works
Pay £150 today to reserve your place and bell tent.
Spread the balance in monthly instalments, or pay it in one go whenever suits you.
Clear the balance [8 weeks] before your retreat starts.
Example: You book the 3-day Flower Moon Retreat (solo, £599) in January. You pay £150 today, then four monthly payments of about £112, and you’re all paid up by the end of March.
Early-bird and returning-guest codes apply to your total, so you save and spread the cost.
Deposit and payment terms
Deposit: A £150 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your place is not secured until we’ve received it.
Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date. You may pay it in full or in instalments of any amount, as long as the full balance is received by that date.
Late bookings: Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Missed balance: If the balance hasn’t been paid by the due date, we’ll contact you. If it remains unpaid 7 days after that, we may release your place and your deposit will be retained.
Non-refundable deposit: Deposits are non-refundable, as they allow us to commit to practitioners, food and accommodation.
Cancellations by you:
More than 8 weeks before: you lose your deposit, and any further payments are refunded or can be transferred to another 2027 retreat.
Within 8 weeks: payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a friend at no charge.
Transfers: You can move to another 2027 retreat once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 8 weeks before your original date and space is available.
Cancellations by us: If we have to cancel a retreat, you’ll receive a full refund or a transfer to another date.
Day Pass: Day Passes are paid in full at booking.
Gift vouchers: Enwild gift vouchers can be used as all or part of your deposit or balance.
