An inspiring, restorative day for the whole family — where environmental sustainability feels joyful, embodied and alive.
What if your whole family could spend a day reconnecting with the natural world — not just observing it, but truly becoming part of it? On Saturday 7th June, Enwild invites you to Willowbrook Farm in Hampton Gay — a hidden corner of Oxfordshire of rare beauty, where ancient woodland meets working farmland just a short drive from the city — for a full day of nature immersion, gentle wellness, eco education and genuine rest.
Hampton Gay has a particular kind of quiet magic. The farm sits in unspoilt countryside where the land has been tended with care for generations, and that sense of deep-rootedness is woven into everything about this day. It's the kind of place that makes you wonder why you don't spend more time like this.
This is not a passive experience. You'll walk through ancient woodland and learn to truly see it. You'll discover what's edible along a hedgerow, understand why the soil beneath your feet is alive, and find out that looking after the earth can feel as natural — and as fun — as playing outside.
While parents restore and recharge, children are supported throughout the day in a supervised crèche, and the programme has been thoughtfully designed so that many activities can be shared across generations. It's a rare thing: a day that genuinely nourishes every member of the family.
For Parents: Add-On Treatments
While the children are cared for in our supervised crèche, parents can book a private 1:1 treatment in one of Enwild's beautiful bell tents, nestled in the grounds of Willowbrook Farm at Hampton Gay. There are few more restorative settings for a treatment than a canvas tent with birdsong outside and open fields beyond.
Available to add on at booking:
Holistic Massage · Acupuncture · Hypnotherapy
EFT Tapping · Life & Career Coaching
These sessions run throughout the day and must be pre-booked. Limited availability - add yours when you reserve your family place.
Food & Nourishment
We believe food is part of the retreat. Throughout the day you'll find farm-fresh, seasonal food available to buy, made with love and sourced from local Oxfordshire producers. Expect wholesome, plant-forward options that feel as good as they taste.
Overnight Option
You can upgrade to an overnight farm stay in a luxury fully furnished bell tent in the family campsite too if you wish to make a weekend of it!
