Find Your Calm

An Enwild Nature & Wellness Retreat offers a range of activities for both the body and the mind. With a combination of scheduled group classes, optional activities and free time, you’ll find the inspiration and support you need to reach your goals and reset your perspective at this Oxfordshire wellness retreat.

The 44-hour reset retreat feels grounding and transformative, with a welcoming atmosphere for beginners, and a balance of structure and free time in nature. We offer an activity taster experience for our guests who may not have had the opportunity to find a practice that resonates for them, inspiring their ongoing sustainable wellness.

A sanctuary for conscious souls — deepening connection, community, and ecological awareness.

We offer the opportunity to book private 1:1 sessions in coaching, hypnotherapy, massage and reiki with a range of first-class wellness therapists which can take place in your bell tent, in one of the treehouses or in the woods.

The programme practitioners were excellent and I particularly appreciated the eclectic mix of activities some of which I’d never heard of before.

All practitioners bought their true and authentic selves to the experience, creating a space where we could do the same. I felt there was no Enwild ‘script’, just a natural sense of ease- almost as if Enwild magic was in the air.

Where will you sleep on an Enwild Retreat?

For the 3 day retreat, accommodation is provided in luxury, fully furnished bell tents with comfortable real beds that have a mattress, a duvet, a bedspread, pillows and freshly laundered linens. No inflatables. No sleeping bags. Just ready-made high quality comfort and warmth. You can choose to have a bell tent on your own or with an accompanying friend or partner.

Bell tents come with ambient pole lights in warm white. Bedside tables have fully charged usb reading lamps and a mirror for your convenience. Your personal itinerary is provided in a frame.

What will you eat on an Enwild Retreat?

Our retreat ticket price includes all your meals, snacks and drinks. Expect an array of delicious home cooked meals with ingredients sourced locally where possible. Seasonal vegetables are used for the salads and side dishes. We are not a vegetarian only retreat and will cater to all dietary requirements. Menus are decided once we understand the specific needs of our guests.

Meals are shared with the retreat group, fostering connection and strengthening relationships. Sharing meals is not just about consuming food; it's about creating bonds and building community. Willowbrook Farm Produce includes eggs, chicken and lamb and we may choose to incorporate these into the dishes for non-vegans / non-vegetarians. The farm has a no alcohol policy.

Lunch & Dinner

We usually eat in the Farm Café on the first night giving you an opportunity to meet the family who run the farm. The rest of the meals are served in the Enwild Dining tent in the retreat field, alfresco-style on a long banqueting table with decorative crockery, traditional silver knives and forks and cotton napkins.

Lunch is a group picnic consisting of frittata, gluten-free cottage cheese muffin served with sun-dried tomato and thyme, a roasted pepper salad and olives or similar.

An example evening meal would be Middle Eastern meatballs or falafels, mint yoghurt sauce, quinoa & pomegranate tabbouleh, with a range of delicious salads containing ingredients such as chickpeas, zhoug, broad beans, red cabbage, carrot and radish depending on what is in season.

A group of women enjoying breakfast outdoors at a picnic table under a tent, with various food items and drinks, including a jar of yogurt, a bowl of berries, a cup of coffee, and a glass of milk, on a sunny day in a grassy area with trees and tents in the background.

Breakfast

On a 3 day retreat you will experience two breakfasts. The first breakfast is home-made classic oat granola or a low-carb grain free option, local yoghurt (or kefir), berries and local honey. The second is a cooked breakfast consisting of mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, eggs and sourdough.

Breakfast is served promptly after your morning wellness class and you will be offered home-made protein balls for a morning energy boost before your activity.

A wide range of teas, cafetière coffee, home-made fruit cordials and ‘off-grid’ high mineral content water are available at all times.
